Grandeur has launched the high-end German kitchens brand Ballerina Küchen for the Indian market. With exclusive rights to the high-quality brand, Grandeur hopes to offer its clientele a wider range of options when designing their kitchens. The German kitchen manufacturer has gained a reputation around the world for providing products that rank high in design and quality.
Speaking on the association with Ballerina, the Director of Grandeur, Mr. Rohin Ramchandani said, "We offer our customers several top European brands to choose from and we are extremely delighted to add Ballerina to this range of premium brands. Along with several other benefits that the brand offers, they are particularly known for their innovative finishes - be it laser bound high pressure laminates or digitally printed glass and melamine - to name a few."
Ballerina products are manufactured in a fully automated production facility, drastically reducing errors and defects in their collections. Their kitchens offer 100% customization, which is far greater than other brands.
Grandeur is celebrating 16 years of successfully providing its discerning customers with a rich and varied range of modular kitchens, appliances, and furniture by premium European brands. While continuing with the legacy that they have built over the years, Grandeur will now be seen in a new avatar, with its redesigned branding.
The new look and feel of the brand is keeping in line with their new perspective and the changing consumer needs.
The new branding not only reflects their affiliation with the top of the line European brands, but it is also indicative of the new streamlined structure of the company. As part of its internal restructuring, Grandeur now also has a separate division that focuses on Show Flats and projects for builders and developers.
In November 2013, Grandeur in association with Electrolux sponsored 'Cooking up a Storm', an event focused on the modular kitchen industry in India. The event was part of the 2013 edition of the UBM Index fair, held in Mumbai.
The event brought together thought leaders of the design industry, garnering participation from leading architects, interior designers, real estate developers and renowned modular kitchen players from all over India.
Post an introductory audience address by Karan Ramchandani, Director - Grandeur Interiors and Mr. Vishal Raman, country head of Electrolux in India, the floor was thrown open to an industry debate among all stakeholders of the industry.
The two hour long session saw many common 'myths' and questions by architects regarding imported modular kitchens being addressed by team members of Grandeur, who represented the kitchen players. Real estate developers present at the event emphasised the growing need for high-quality imported kitchens at competitive prices, while interior designers expressed their desire for more customisability. The event succeeded in bringing together different stakeholders of this relatively nascent industry and more importantly bridged the knowledge gaps in relation to the extensive nature of products that are now available in India.
The latest modular kitchen by DelTongo - Milano, celebrates freedom of thought and expression. It uses a combination of vertical and horizontal elements, contrasting colours and empty/filled spaces that mimic the new Milan skyline.
It is an attempt to reconstruct and design for a flexible, ergonomic and fully customisable kitchen. Horizontal modularity is increased by the introduction of suspended vertical elements or floor units that are broken down into various sizes, complemented by an increasingly varied colour palette.
Milano is available in a variety of finishes including Melamine, Matt Lacquered, Glossy Lacquered, Veneered and Glass in more than 100 colours. DelTongo uses only world class hardware for their kitchens that include Blum and Salice internals that are all equipped with soft-closing mechanisms as a standard offering. A combination of high quality materials and cutting edge production techniques ensures solid build-quality and durability.
